By accessing or using the Raw Leaks TV AI Voice Conversion platform ("the Service") at rltvapp.vercel.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Raw Leaks TV.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed each time you perform a voice conversion.
Free credits: New accounts receive 100 complimentary credits upon registration, sufficient for one conversion. These credits are provided to allow you to evaluate the Service.
Purchased credits: Additional credits are available through subscription plans and one-time credit pack purchases as described on our Pricing page.
Credit usage: Each standard voice conversion consumes 100 credits. Credit costs may vary for different conversion types in the future.
No refunds on credits: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are consumed upon initiating a conversion regardless of the output quality or your satisfaction with the result. We strongly encourage you to use your free credits to evaluate the Service before making any purchase.
Credit expiration: Credits purchased do not expire as long as your account remains active.
We offer monthly subscription plans that provide a set number of credits each billing period. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your remaining plan credits until that date.
Plan changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, your account will be placed in a past due status and access to plan credits may be suspended until payment is resolved.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Service is intended for personal creative projects, music production, entertainment, and legitimate commercial use on qualifying plans.

You retain ownership of all audio files and voice model files you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Raw Leaks TV a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the conversions you create. Raw Leaks TV is not responsible for any content uploaded by users.
The platform allows users to upload and share RVC voice models. When you make a model public, you grant other users of the platform the right to use that model for voice conversions through the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any model you upload.
Raw Leaks TV does not endorse any user-uploaded voice model and is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of community-uploaded models. We reserve the right to remove any model that violates these Terms or applicable law.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Raw Leaks TV and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written permission.
You own the audio output of your conversions. However, you are responsible for ensuring your use of converted audio complies with applicable laws, including copyright law relating to the source audio you upload.
Using AI voice conversion for personal, creative, and entertainment purposes is generally legal. We do not support or allow the use of this platform to impersonate real people for fraud, defamation, or any malicious purpose. Voice models on this platform are used for creative projects, music production, and entertainment — similar to how producers have always used vocal effects and pitch correction tools. You are responsible for how you use your conversions. Do not publish content that misrepresents a real person or violates their rights.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that conversion results will meet your expectations. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raw Leaks TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages resulting from the use of converted audio files. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raw Leaks TV and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
