Payment information: All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers. 3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Create and manage your account
Process voice conversions you request
Manage your credit balance and subscription
Send transactional emails including purchase confirmations and account notices

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Audio File Storage and Retention

Audio files you upload for conversion are used solely to process your requested conversion. Input audio files are deleted from our servers within 30 days of upload. Converted output files are stored in your account and accessible through the My Conversions page. You may delete your conversion files at any time. If you delete your account, all associated audio files are permanently deleted within 30 days.

5. Voice Model Files

Voice model files you upload to the platform are stored in our secure cloud storage. If you choose to make a model public, its files may be accessed by other users of the platform for conversion purposes. Private models are only accessible to your account. You may delete your uploaded models at any time through your account settings.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage, secure HTTPS connections, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate the platform, including payment processing through Stripe. These services may process certain data as necessary to provide their functionality. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. The only third-party service we disclose by name is Stripe, as it directly handles your payment information.

Request deletion of your account and associated data
